Flippt is a turnover coordination platform for short-term rental hosts. It automates cleaner notifications, job acceptance, and photo verification for property turnovers.Subscriptions and Billing
Flippt offers monthly subscription plans. A 14-day free trial is available with a valid credit card. You may cancel anytime. No per-clean fees are charged.SMS Messaging
By adding a cleaner's phone number to the platform, the host confirms they have obtained consent from the cleaner to receive SMS notifications from Flippt. Message and data rates may apply. Cleaners may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.Limitation of Liability
Flippt is not liable for missed turnovers, property damage, or cleaner no-shows. The platform provides coordination tools only.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.Governing Law
